Malicious Silence is a death metal band from Greece(Lamia) formed in the year 2003, with chris and stelios on
guitars, chris on the bass, john on the vocals and sotos on the drums.Their music is mostly death metal oriented
including a few black and thrash metal elements.
In july 2004 they released their first self-finenced demo ¨Malicious Silence¨ with the funding line up altered since
there was a bass player replacement(panos replaced chris). After the demo release dimitris took john's place on the vocals.
The band has played a few concerts in hometown with bands like ravencult, sickening horror , Mass infection,extreme
violence, rafferty rules, wastefall. In 2006 the Band has recorded and released its second demo titled "Demolished Innocence".
In 2007 the band has played 2 live gigs with bands such as Mass Infection, Blustery Caveat, Obduction,Black Winter.
The Band Has Recently (2009) released a 3 track promotional cd in order to contact labels to release a full lenght album
and also played a gig in hometown with the likes of Universe 217 & Septicflesh Among others . 2010 finds the band playing gigs
with bands such as down and out, kvazar , italian death metal band Exhumer and Nightrage . Malicious Silence are now preparing
for the recording of their first full length album estimated to start in autumn 2010.
