HELLEN is back in the studio working on its first full-length CD

Arizona metal trio HELLEN is back in the studio working on its first full-length CD. Tracking is about 70 percent complete as the band prepares to head back into the studio for its final weekend of recording.

HELLEN features in its ranks Mindy DuPonte (drums, vocals), Ryan Abel (guitar, vocals), and Andrew Heath (bass, vocals).

"Confessions Of A Four Track Mind" was the first EP from HELLEN, which at the time featured DuPonte alongside guitarist Corrie Zazzera. Now out of print, the effort was offered for a limited period, and marked the first time the band had laid down CD-quality tracks.
