Slash promises ahead of the double-bill concert in Indonesia,

Slash2008Image by Cuenta Chiste via Flickr
Slash promises ahead of the double-bill concert in Indonesia, Jakarta and Surabaya, is to bring the songs that are musical career portfolio. Means at least there will be songs from the album being promoted this solo, Velvet Revolver, Slash's Snakepit and of course Guns N Roses.

The last name is one of the main appeal for music lovers in Surabaya. City of Heroes this time become the second destination of the tour Slash in Asia after Hong Kong. Music lovers in Singapore would still clung to memories of the band two decades ago nicknamed "The Most Dangerous Band in the World", with Slash and Axl Rose as its icon.

At this time Slash tour brings Myles Kennedy, the versatile vocalist who also contributes two songs in a solo album (Back from Cali, Starlight) in addition to his career with Alter Bridge, which is also popular in Indonesia.

Myles vocal range quickly got exams on his opening concert at Expo East Java, Surabaya (31 / 7) yesterday with a Ghost. Proven ability. Ian Astbury dilahapnya baritone style impeccably. Slash himself, with a white shirt amputated Sid Vicious picture, accompanying the opening song with dynamic movements, from end to end, demonstrating a la Chuck Berry duck walk and pose various Blackberry guitarist who became fine dining and front row audience camera phone.

Shuffle
Shuffling catalog into the following menu when successive chanted Mean Bone (Slash's Snakepit), Night Train (Guns N 'Roses / GNR), and Dirty Little Thing (Velvet Revolver). Myles Kennedy's smooth vocals bring a variety of characters who had voiced by Rod Jackson, Axl Rose and Scott Weiland. So of course he would not bring her own hassles Back From Cali in the set-up. High pitch that had brought him to appear cameo in the film Rock Star dibabatnya easy. From all these, the most rousing welcome when Night Train would reverberate as prime songs from GNR catalog.

Bring to a natural time machines '90an Myles gives an indication of when the next song, beggars & Hangers-On. The songs are taken from the debut album, Slash's Snakepit The stone was just an intermediary before the audience are invited to travel more in the beginning '90an. He invites the audience to whistle followed Slash intro guitar who was then singing a song from the legendary GNR Use Your Illusion.

DOUBLE-Treat
Sans quote "Cool Hand Luke", the temple of the Civil War drifted steadily through the vocal Kennedy. Complete verse sung from beginning to end, this war is irony sonata closes with a parade wah-pedal that intone "Voodoo Child" Jimi Hendrix of the deceased owned Gibson LP's guitarist kriwil brown real name is Saul Hudson.

Cruise time again brought back, to the end of an era '80an kala "Appetite for Destruction" success brings glam / hard rock to the pinnacle of their era. Rocket Queen Myles was presented with great success to bring hi-Axl vocal pitch to the audience. Flawless!

Double treat GNR Velvet Revolver ditingkahi with a double. Fall to Pieces and Sucker Train Blues, appeared back to back. Onservasi of the last song, eventually missing ingredient has been seen. The fact that Slash worked previously with the extraordinary vocalist eccentric to treat kala concert special. While Myles was more to the low-profile figure who "let the voices do the talkin '." Unfortunately, sometimes things like this only made her character becomes less strong. Scott Weiland images marijuana suck his back to the audience when intro Sucker ..., for example, already attached to the image of the song: groovy, wild, raw, naughty.

Slash'S HENCHMEN
Sucker ... as well as the stage of initiation to the band that brought Slash. Bobby looks like a mix Schnek Malcolm Young and Tom Hamilton when escorting rhythm from the right side of the stage (the band's perspective). Montana Tom, basis (special tour of Asia and Australia) as well as the main backing vocals on "plot" the bassist, the center of the stage.

While the skyline with Brent Fitz gebukannya allotted drum solo before ending Sucker ... Slash. This tradition of drum-solo ritual was mandatory from Slash bands. Matt Sorum get a similar share of kala in the GNR and Velvet.

Brent performance, Canadian drummer, not necessarily over because the next song requires his expertise. Nothing to Say, written M Shadows, Avenged Sevenfold's frontman, the album version nuanced thick heavy metal with the use of force on the drum beat. Brent, who wore a single pedal must close its meeting due to be approaching its original version. But in the end, this whole song is also so much more breathing because the layer of hard rock vocalist Myles is also not as thick as M Shadows.

The songs are suitable for Myles did a song that requires hi-pitch thin as subsequent Starlight, before continuing to Watch This instrumental number, where he showed his ability to hold the six strings.

GUITARRA!
The instrumental sets seem to be a hint to the maestro in action. Watch After This, the temporary personnel departed for a moment let Slash said "Singapore, what's up?", Before exposure to the solo-guitar action.

Slash mimed everything. Palm muting which led to the intro to "Will not Get Fooled Again" (The Who), tapping, rhythmic blues, virtuoso shredding and other attractions. But Slash is not respected because virtuositasnya. Rituals when doing a solo-guitar shows it.

Approximately 5 minutes loosen your fingers, cut the melody line appears. Is the work of Nino Rota's classic melodic very fitting depicting the story of Vito Corleone in the Godfather. Nino Rota is a very popular composer Slash. He influenced the composer's melodic frame. From that aspect legendary Slash.

The songs are traditionally continue his guitar solos are melodic abilities parade guitarist was born in Stoke on Trent. Sweet Child O'Mine is true Slash works made without serious purpose, such as solo guitar licks on the intro. Although the structure of the song is "easy listening", breath of melody from the beginning to the end of the song is what makes it iconic.

Status icons more valid at the time greeting the audience proved to be "exploded" when chanted intro to Sweet Child. From the beginning of the concert, reply to this song sounds really Santer.

ENCORE
On the previous tour setlist leaked, numbers 16 to close the playlist set before stepping on the encore. Sweet Child should have as free, it's time for the encore the band departed for a moment. But in fact carrying a guitar Myles instead returned to intone Rise Today, a song by Alter Bridge are tucked between the catalog Slash.

A new set of completely closed when Slither echoed to the corner of the auditorium. Single Velvet Revolver from Contraband is apparently quite a lot of fans, which makes it as an interactive session that was quite interesting.

After Slither, five personnel of the band departed for a moment. Leaving the encore ritual - shouts of "We want more!" And instrument settings.

Not long ago, Slash back together Myles cast a line which is the riffs and song intro By the Sword, the first single, a solo album that dealt with Andrew Stockdale, Wolfmother vocalist.

Myles looked drained of energy in this song, and less power match with Stockdale.

"By the Sword" is placed on the encore possible to give the audience something to look. Status as the first single should make quite a lot of airplay of this song as a representation of the album. But the fact is, at Surabaya, Paradise City is more reverberant.

For the old, original version would still be memorable video complete with BW with Axl Rose in it. In a new listener, the version with Fergie and Cypress Hill also received more airplay than any other songs from Slash's solo albums.

In the concert version, Myles brought with GNR version. When you have to echo previous statements about the eccentricity, William Bailey fan then you've definitely missed wildly colored figure of Paradise City. Before riffs and stomping beats after the intro, there's no whistle as the command "SKJ gymnastics" for the audience.

Affairs attractions, Weiland and Axl did more good than Myles Kennedy.

Good thing, that did not impede the agenda of "gymnastics". Kala stomping beat with Slash guitar riffs and percussion dentum Brent Fitz, it was the springboard for the audience's metronome.

Unfortunately, the Paradise City - such as closing concert tradition - is to pass the query "I want you please, take me home," Myles imposed for spoken by the masses.

Be salutasi after this song really closed composition 20 songs divided into 18 main sets, as well as two songs on the encore.

Aftertaste
At odds of one in a billion of international bands perform a concert in Surabaya, the appearance of Slash and friends this is the best precedent that could be obtained. Slash to fulfill his promise to bring the spectacle of class. What disuguhkannya in Surabaya is not much different from what the previous concert, in a series of Slash's World Tour 2010.

Before went to Jakarta, Slash will come to Singapore (two eighths). I hope this note provides a better preparation of prospective audience in Jakarta to be able to give a more positive vibran than Singapore (and Singapore, of course).

The goal? So that Indonesia will be attached to his image as a rock concert world destinations.

Slash: Rock Can Touch

Slash, rock guitarist who had escorted the band Guns N 'Roses, the rock to satisfy fans in a concert at Expo East Java, Surabaya, East Java, Saturday (31 / 7) evening. He is genuinely humble rockers.

This figure was not as great guitarist and for people who only saw shadows in the video clips over the years. Her skin also looks more white. Beyond the physical figure that, apparently saved the humble person.

"I am really flattered by the compliment, but I really do not like that. After Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton is still there, Eddie Van Halen, and a long list of other guitarist's name before me, "said Slash (45) in response to a compliment promoter of Mahaka Entertainment Abdulgani Hamdani who referred to it as the best guitarist after Jimi Hendrix.

August 2009 issue of Time magazine put in Slash-2 position to the list of 10 Best Electric Guitar Players of All Time. Earlier in 2007, Slash get rations stars in Rock Walk of Fame, Hollywood, USA, with names like Jimmy Page, Eddie Van Halen, and Jimi Hendrix.

Slash to appear at Surabaya in the series of world tours, which in Indonesia given the name "Surya 12 Premium Slash featuring Myles Kennedy's 2010 World Tour Concert." Surabaya is the second in Asia after Hong Kong in the tour. After Singapore, he will perform in Jakarta on Tuesday, August 3rd.

This is Slash's first tour after his solo career. After leaving Guns N 'Roses (G'n'R) in the mid-1990s, Slash joined the band Slash's Snakepit to Velvet Revolver.

"I always play in a band, or helping other artist friends. Until the 2008 sudden desire to make my own album. And I just did it, "said Slash in an interview session with unlimited daily Kompas, Republika, Radio GenFM, and TVOne.

Slash claimed to feel very independent when working on her first solo album entitled it his own name. There he took a few singers and musicians whom he admired, from the ex G'n'R players like Duff McKagan, Izzy Stradlin, and Steven Adler, until the dedengkot rock, like the former Black Sabbath frontman, Ozzy Osbourne, Lemmy Kilmister from Motörhead, Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters / Nirvana, Alice Cooper, Kid Rock, Adam Levine of Maroon 5; M Shadows from Avenged Sevenfolds; Fergie; until Alterbridge vocalist, Myles Kennedy. Kennedy was the one who then continues to follow the tour this time Slash.

"I am free to choose who will fill the position in the band, musicians are free to choose what I want to invite, choosing a producer, manager, until the venue. I told the tour manager to pick out the places I've never played before. All very interesting and satisfying, "said musician real name is Saul Hudson.

Guns N 'Roses

Slash figure and the music is almost always identified with G'n'R, the band from California, USA, who first unleash his name in world music festivals. G'n'R classic songs, like "November Rain", "Sweet Child O'Mine," "Paradise City", and "Welcome To The Jungle" coloring the rock era of the 1980s and early 1990s.

Slash admits, the kind of music he was playing it was not too popular nowadays. However, he believes, no longer a true rock music is popular people will return.

"Right now the world's music industry is stuck in the songs of the pop Top 40 only. Very boring, but this kind of cycles are repeated every 10 years. When the producers also have started to get bored and frustrated (with the music it-that's all), they will start looking for new things, "he said.

Does that mean there will be a reunion G'n'R?

"Ha-ha-ha, there is no place in this world that I was not asked about it. In fact, the fuss that's just the media and fans only. There is absolutely no one of us (ex G'n'R members) who are thinking of a reunion, "said Slash.

Slash in Surabaya appearances prove that he is someone who knows how to define rock and play it with sincerity. Counted as his own.

"The most important of rock n roll music is that he should be able to move the spirit of a person. Could touch you emotionally, then makes you want to do something to make a difference. And of course, must have a good rhythm. "Yeach ...!

Legendary rocker Alice Cooper joined Slash (VELVET REVOLVER, ex-GUNS N' ROSES) on stage last night (Sunday, June 20) at Slash's headlining concert at Bataclan in Paris, France to perform Cooper's classic song "School's Out".

Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be viewed below.

Slash made a guest appearance on ALICE COOPER's latest album, "Along Came A Spider", which was released in July 2008 via SPV Records.

As previously reported, Alice Cooper has begun work on a new album, to be produced by Bob Ezrin as part of a new joint venture with Bigger Picture Group.

Ezrin has a rich history of hugely successful collaborations with Alice, including such groundbreaking albums as "Billion Dollar Babies", "Welcome To My Nightmare", "School's Out" and "Love It To Death" and has, in the past, been described by Alice as "our George Martin."

Bigger Picture will contribute to strategy, staging, special products, theatrical projects as well as the production, promotion and distribution of future Alice Cooper releases. The company will utilize its distribution agreement with Warner Music Group when the new Alice Cooper album, projected for release early next year, and other recorded product launches. A tour themed to tie in with the album, the concept of which is being kept under wraps for the moment, is being planned in support of the release.

Alice Cooper remarked, "It feels great to be working with Bob again and the entire Bigger Picture team have been tremendously supportive. Lightning has struck more than once in the past with Bob's involvement so we feel great that we're onto something really electrifying now that we're together again. The album we're crafting is, in some ways, a 'shriekquel' to what's gone before and there's no better guy to oversee things than Bob."
